Yes, we accept most Medicare and Medicaid HMOs, as well as private insurances. We strive to work with a wide range of insurance providers to ensure that our patients can access our services with their existing coverage. We understand that not everyone has insurance coverage. We offer low-cost care options for self-pay patients and work with individuals to ensure they receive the healthcare they need. Our team can provide information about fees and can work with you to help obtain medical assistance programs.
We have two locations to serve you. Our main center is located at 1321 Highland Avenue, Abington, and is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. The VNA also offers services through its VNA Family Health Center at North Hills, located at 212 Girard Avenue, Glenside, PA, which is open on Tuesdays from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm and Thursdays from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
We understand the importance of continuity of care. If you are a new patient and would like to transfer your medical records, please contact us, and our staff will guide you through the process. We work closely with our patients to ensure a seamless transition and coordinate with your previous provider to obtain your records.
Yes, to save time during your visit, you can download and complete the new patient forms from our website. If you are unable to do so, please arrive a few minutes early for your appointment, and our staff will provide you with the necessary forms to complete prior to your visit.
VNA offers benefit access support to connect eligible individuals with health, utility, nutrition, and other assistance programs. VNA also offers In-Home Care Services to the elderly and disabled. Additional information on both programs can be found on the VNA website or by calling the agency.
