As an approved provider for all three PA MCOs, we work directly with your Service Coordinator to provide waiver-funded services. Costs are typically fully covered for eligible participants.
Approved provider for both Montgomery and Bucks County Options Programs. We collaborate with the county Area Agency on Aging (AAA) to deliver care based on program authorization.
Flexible private payment options available, often needed for supplemental hours or specific needs. We accept major credit cards, checks, and work with most Long-Term Care Insurance policies.

Step 4: Service Coordination & Start of Care
We handle all coordination, whether through Private Pay, your CHC Service Coordinator, or County Options liaison. Care begins seamlessly on the agreed-upon schedule.
Step 5: Ongoing Support & Communication
Our commitment doesn’t end when care starts. We provide continuous oversight, regular communication with families, and adjustments to the care plan as needs evolve.
