If you are looking for a medical home that offers best-practice primary health care in a welcoming setting, the Children’s Health Center of VNA is the place for you and your child. The Center is focused on providing best-practice primary health care to children from birth through age 20 using a medical home model. At the VNA, parents and care givers are partners in care who help to ensure the best health outcomes and healthy starts for the infants, children, adolescents and young adults we serve.

We are currently accepting new patients with Medical Assistance, CHIP plans and private insurance plans. Accepted MA plans include Health Partners, Keystone First, United Healthcare, Amerihealth Caritas. Accepted CHIP plans include Aetna Better Health Kids, Keystone Health Plan East, Kidz Partners and United Health Care. Accepted private insurances include Aetna, Independence Administrators, Meritain (Aetna) and IBC Personal Choice.

VNA also offers low visit rates and a medical home for children who are self-pay. Call the office for current rates  – (215) 572-7880.

If you are interested in transferring to the Children’s Health Center, please contact the VNA between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM to schedule an appointment. We will work with you to change your provider to our practice and help you obtain your child’s medical and immunization records.

To save time, before your first appointment, please print and complete our new patient forms to bring with you. You can access the forms here. If you forget the forms or are not able to download them, just come a few minutes before your appointment time so you can complete them in our office.
