Please call the office at 215-572-7880. A VNA Clinic Team Member will go over insurances that are accepted and our low self-pay rates. If your child has insurance, we will provide you with the information to transfer your child to a VNA provider. We will also work with you and your former health care provider to have medical and immunization records sent to the VNA.
You should bring your child’s insurance card with you to your first appointment.
Also, please print out the patient forms and complete them prior to your visit. If this isn’t possible, just come a few minutes prior to your appointment so you can complete the forms in our office.
If you are running late, please call the office at 215-572-7880. The VNA Clinic Team will make every effort to see your child, but you may have to wait a bit depending on the day’s schedule.
If you need to reschedule your appointment please call the office as soon as you know of a conflict.
Call 215-572-7880 in the morning for a same day sick appointment. A VNA nurse or team member will answer any questions and schedule your appointment.
