At the VNA Children’s Health Center we know pediatrics. From little problems to making sure your newborn, child or adolescent receives immunizations, screenings and check-ups, the Children Health Center is the place to go for top-notch primary care.
The VNA utilizes the ‘medical home’ care model. Through this model, you and our experienced primary care provider work together to ensure exceptional care for your child.
VNA provides care for children from birth through age 20. Services include: Routine well-child care, Immunizations, Same Day Sick Appointments, Care for Chronic Conditions, 24/7 On-Call Service, Developmental Screenings, Health Education, Care for Minor Injuries or Accidents, Language Line Health Visit Interpretation, Connection to Public Benefits and Community Supports, and Annual, Sports, Driver’s and School Physicals.
An important component of care is assisting families in obtaining free or low-cost health insurance
Payment Options:
The fees for VNA services to children are significantly discounted and well below the cost to provide the care.
Charges are generally paid by Medical Assistance HMO’s, Commercial Insurances, CHIP, or self-pay by uninsured patient families.
